Hey Chris. Great to see you writing. Totally agree on the 4-Hour Body book--at times, it's laugh-out-loud funny and worth reading for that alone!

Here's a comment on the "easy" point you made above: SOmething that's "easy to use" isn't just clever. It actually works. Things that are not "easy" may in fact be broken.


Netscape started the tradition of using your users as your beta testers. In many cases, that's super smart: you get lots of feedback and can improve your product. But in some communities such as the education community, building in truly great design that works as promised before you start blasting the world with your product is incredibly important. Not everyone in the world wants to be a beta tester.
